1. General Policy
All transactions conducted on the Platform for Recharge, Bill Payments, and Travel Bookings (Flight & Train Tickets) are subject to this Refund & Cancellation Policy. Refunds are processed in accordance with applicable laws, payment gateway rules, and service provider policies.
2. Recharge & Bill Payment Refunds
2.1 Successful Transactions
- Once a recharge or bill payment is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled.
- No refunds will be issued for successful transactions.
2.2 Failed or Pending Transactions
- If the amount is debited but the recharge or bill payment fails or remains pending, the refund will be processed automatically.
- Refunds are generally credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, subject to bank or payment gateway timelines.
3. Flight Ticket Cancellation & Refunds
- Flight ticket cancellations and refunds are governed by the airline’s fare rules and policies.
- Cancellation charges, if any, are deducted as per airline and service provider guidelines.
- Convenience fees charged by the Platform may be non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
- Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 working days after confirmation from the airline.
4. Train Ticket (IRCTC) Cancellation & Refunds
- Train ticket booking, cancellation, and refunds are subject to IRCTC rules and Indian Railways regulations.
- Refund timelines and deductions are governed entirely by IRCTC.
- The Platform is not responsible for delays caused by IRCTC or banking partners.
5. Partial Refunds
- Partial refunds may be applicable in cases such as partial cancellation, schedule changes, or service provider policies.
- Any applicable deductions will be clearly communicated to the user.
6. Refund Method
- Refunds are credited to the original mode of payment only.
- In certain cases, refunds may be processed to the user’s bank account after verification.
7. Fraud, Abuse & Chargebacks
